The application is due by October 15, and awards will be presented at the Chapter’s Annual Meeting and Fall Conference on November 6, 2010..

In addition to the award, the community associations receiving an award, along with their board members and association managers, will be given several complimentary benefits.   These benefits include registration for some Chapter programs/events and publicity in the Chapter's Common Interests magazine.
