Event Registration & Cancellation Policies
Registration and payment: To be effective, registration and fees must be received by the Chapter at least 4 working days prior to the event. Any registrations received less than 4 days prior to an event will be charged an additional $10 late fee.
Onsite registrations will be accepted only when the facility and CAI-RMC can accommodate additional attendees.
If you cancel a registration: Fees for registration cancellations received by the Chapter at least 4 working days prior to an event may be refunded, less a $5.00 processing fee, or the net amount may be applied to the registration fee of a future event. Registration cancellations received 3 or fewer working days prior to an event cannot be refunded and registrant will still be responsible for unpaid invoices on such cancellations. However, attendee substitutions are permitted.
If we cancel an event: Occasionally CAI-RMC may have to cancel or re-schedule an event. If the Chapter must cancel or postpone an event, registrants are offered the option of receiving a full refund of fees paid or applying the credit to the registration of the rescheduled event or another event. |
