Welcome to the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Associations Institute - a not for profit organization of common interest communities, homeowner associations and the professionals who serve them.
The Rocky Mountain Chapter of Community Associations Institute is the primary organization in the region dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive and competent community associations. Our Chapter serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations for the entire State. Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations.

CAI-RMC Membership Mixer & President's Roundtable
Wednesday, March 31st CAI-RMC presents educational opportunities targeted to managers and Community Association Volunteer Leaders and a Happy Hour Mixer open to all members. Join us at DoubleTree Hotel Denver Southeast, Iliff and I-225 - The program starts with a Educational Session aimed at managers, and ends with a session designed for HOA President’s and Board Members. In between, there’s a Happy Hour open to all CAI-RMC members!

HOA Roundtables
HOA Roundtables are scheduled on March 23rd at 5:30pm. This event will be held at the City of Centennial Civic Center, 13133 E. Arapahoe Road. Everyone is invited to attend. There is no fee for this workshop, but registration is required.
