  Welcome to the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Associations Institute - a not for profit organization of common interest communities, homeowner associations and the professionals who serve them.  
     
  The Rocky Mountain Chapter of Community Associations Institute is the primary organization in the region dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive and competent community associations. Our Chapter serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations for the entire State. Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations.

CAI-RMC Night at the Avalanche!

The Membership Committee of CAI-RMC has arranged a special Club Seats package for the Avalanche vs. the Panthers on Thursday March 11th!   Not only will you get great seats at a discounted price... there are no service fees.  Tickets on sale now directly from the Colorado Avalanche. Lunch & Learn - Landscaping

The first Lunch & Learn of the year is Wednesday, February 10th from 11:30am-1:30pm at the Sheraton Denver West (360 Union Boulevard Lakewood, Colorado 80228).

Featured speakers will present current information in the tree care, landscaping and irrigation industries. Topics to be covered will include xeriscape ideas with low water plantings, irrigation upgrades & water saving programs, as well as care and health of large landscape trees.

Managers attending will receive 1.5 hours of Continuing Education Credit for attending. The Lunch and Learn in $35 for members, $45 for non-members.  Advance registration required.

The Wake Up Call

Wake Up Call is a new CAI-RMC program designed for Community Managers presented by the Programs & Education Committee.

It continues Friday February  26th at 7:30 am with a session on writing an RFP. It's at The Egg & I at Riverside Downs, 2630 W. Belleview Ave in Littleton just West of Sante Fe.Each "Wake Up Call" is approved for 1 hour of continuing education credit.

All Wake Up Call programs are at The Egg & I at Riverside Downs. The program is free, and you can order your own breakfast from the restaurant. The Egg & I is offering Wake Up Call participants a 15% discount on menu prices.  Space is limited.
