Welcome to the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Associations Institute - a not for profit organization of common interest communities, homeowner associations and the professionals who serve them.
The Rocky Mountain Chapter of Community Associations Institute is the primary organization in the region dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive and competent community associations. Our Chapter serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations for the entire State. Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations.

Essentials of Community Association Volunteer Leadership - August 28th
If you are a Board Member with questions, Essentials of Community Association Volunteer Leadership is for you…
- Learn about Association legal documents and how they can assist you as an Association leader
- Learn to read and understand your Association’s financials; why a financial plan is important; and how to plan for reserve savings and spending
- Learn to write effective rules and policies and how to successfully and legally enforce them
- Learn exactly what is (and what is not) your responsibility as a Board Member

Membership Mixer - Medical Marijuana Issues - August 31st
The CAI-RMC Summer Membership Mixer will be held on August 31st at the DENVER ZOO!
The program topic is Medical Marijuana issues in Community Associations. More details coming soon! The educational program starts at 2:30pm and then a happy hour follows where you can relax and visit with your fellow CAI members and service providers!
